Description Assists this facility with staffing needs and employment by verifying employment references, personal references, educational background, certifications, and licenses; performing pre-employment physicals; scheduling new employee start dates; and scheduling new employee orientation for all prospective employees. Assists this facility with human resources needs by handling all things related to employee access and non-employee access to our facility. Performs duties and tasks associated with licensure verification, job descriptions, and probationary evaluations. Cross-trains and fills in as the Benefit Coordinator as needed. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma is required. A two-year degree is preferred. Must pose a genuine interest in people and be able to communicate with all types of people. Must be friendly, compassionate, and perceptive. Experience Prior Human Resources experience required.
