In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment for medically complex and post-surgical patients, focusing on safe mobility, functional recovery, and timely discharge. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and case managers, contribute in rounds, and provide clear patient and family education. You’ll document thoroughly in the EMR, support quality and safety initiatives, and stay current through ongoing education within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
