Allegiance Staffing is looking for Production Line Associates in the Morrisville area! Job Title: Production Line Associate Responsibilities: Operate and monitor assembly line machinery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures. Collect, inspect, and package finished products according to specified quantities and quality standards. Feed displays into shrink wrap machine, inspect shrink-wrapped products for defects, and perform necessary rework. Ensure proper labeling and loading of finished products onto shipping pallets as per job instructions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to follow instructions and report any issues promptly. Perform basic mechanical adjustments and notify appropriate personnel of maintenance needs or non-conforming materials. Adhere to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and recycling initiatives to ensure compliance. Requirements: Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Physical capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently. Willingness and ability to stand for long periods according to scheduled shifts.
