About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations during the evening shift in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on organizing inventory, preparing products for shipment, supporting assembly line processes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain efficient production and shipping activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and maintain warehouse stock, materials, and supplies to ensure smooth production flow.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to meet customer deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
• Support assembly line processes by assembling components or products according to detailed instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report discrepancies or issues.
• Supply necessary parts and materials to production to ensure continuous operation.
• Uphold all safety procedures and workplace regulations, maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Keep work areas organized and in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret labels, inventory sheets, and simple schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly work.
• Experience with quality control processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
