Job Description

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Pennsylvania
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Prior experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff
• Skilled in assessment, therapy planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions across a variety of disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group) to students from preschool through high school, as assigned
• Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Document student progress and maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development activities
