What You'll Do

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Create memorable guest experiences through knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized service.
• Share recommendations on cocktails, wine, spirits, and menu offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Maintain high service standards while thriving in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Support bar operations through inventory awareness, organization, and cleanliness.
• Handle guest requests professionally and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication, guest engagement, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Experience working with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
