Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Building and Construction Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects throughout the Philadelphia market. This leadership role is responsible for managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution from preconstruction through completion. Description Lead and manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and resource allocation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Guide Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes. Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaborate with field leadership to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations. Participate in business development efforts, client presentations, and project pursuits. Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across project teams. Profile A successful Building and Construction Senior Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of construction project management experience. Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, life sciences, education, multifamily, or industrial projects. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration. Experience managing project teams and mentoring developing professionals. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and industry best practices.
