Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are a Florida commercial general contractor delivering ground up projects across multiple sectors with a team built around accountability, clear communication, and field leadership that is actually trusted to lead.
Our Superintendents are not field administrators. They are the decision-makers on site — full schedule ownership, direct subcontractor authority, and a PM partnership structure that supports field decisions rather than overriding them. We hire experienced Supers and give them the room to do what they do best.
