Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients, ensuring accurate monitoring and timely response to changes.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and facilitate patient flow across the care continuum.
• Manage patient care for a nursing ratio of 6:1, ensuring high-quality delivery of care.
• Work in a float pool position, adaptable to move between departments and various facilities as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in the establishment and implementation of unit policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a telemetry environment.
• Willingness to float between multiple facilities as required.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• Flexible and comfortable working night shifts and weekends as part of the schedule.
