• Verify customer order information for correctness against previously obtained information.
• Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules. Provide customer with routine feedback regarding the status of their projects.
• Receive and respond to customer requests.
• Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. Follow up on action items, as needed.
• Liaise with production and engineering departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Develop project strategies.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure all project requirements are met, and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
