Senior Director, Performance Management

Senior Director, Performance Management - JLL Lead performance delivery in a client‑facing role, driving excellence across multiple accounts within the life sciences industry. Oversee a team of performance managers who support client portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives and the development of robust performance management frameworks. Responsibilities Develop and execute enterprise‑wide performance management strategies and frameworks tailored to life sciences clients. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of performance managers across multiple accounts. Establish, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with client objectives, regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GMP/GLP), and organizational goals. Develop and deploy technologies and platforms for efficient performance data collection, analysis, and reporting, championing adoption of AI, RPA, and advanced analytics. Act as the primary strategic advisor to life sciences clients on performance excellence initiatives, translating business goals into measurable outcomes. Lead performance standards and framework development for new business opportunities and RFP responses. Drive governance models, performance reviews, and continuous improvement programs to demonstrate tangible value and ensure regulatory compliance. Enhance cross‑account collaboration to improve knowledge sharing and consistency in performance management approaches. Utilize performance data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, developing corrective action plans. Design and deliver training programs to strengthen performance management capabilities organization‑wide, including succession planning and talent development. Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading high‑performing teams in facility management, performance management, workplace services, or real‑estate operations. Significant experience in the life sciences industry and in regulated environments. Proven ability to develop and implement performance management programs across complex, multi‑account portfolios. Deep understanding of life sciences facility requirements, including cleanroom operations, laboratory environments, regulatory compliance (GMP), and critical infrastructure management. Strong leadership presence and ability to influence teams, clients, and stakeholders. Background in KPI development, performance tracking, analytics, and process optimization within regulated sectors. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making and advanced reporting. Excellent communication and senior‑level stakeholder management, including executive client‑facing presentation skills. Experience working within a supplier‑client relationship in real‑estate portfolio management for life sciences organizations. Familiarity with IFM technologies, workplace analytics, performance management platforms, and digital reporting tools used in life sciences facility management. Understanding of change management, organizational development, and team leadership strategies applicable to life sciences operations. Location and Compensation Remote (U.S.) with up to 25% travel. Compensation range: $128,000 – $155,000 USD per year. This range is an estimate; actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Remote locations include Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Raleigh, NC; Sacramento, CA; SanFrancisco, CA. The position does not provide visa sponsorship.
