Registered Nurse ICU

$2350.08/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized critical care nursing support in the ICU during night shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. This role requires flexibility to float across multiple units within the hospital as needed. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive patient care in the ICU, adhering to clinical protocols and standards. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and timely. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Float to related units such as MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, and CVICU, maintaining clinical excellence. Complete all required modules and documentation during orientation and throughout assignment. Comply with travel and licensing requirements, including completing labs and obtaining necessary licenses prior to start. Qualifications: Hold an active NM licensure or pending NM license with acceptance for travel. Demonstrate 1.5+ years of ICU nursing experience. Ability to work night shifts (4x12 hours) and weekends as required. Possess current certifications in BLS and ACLS. Capable of effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Meet travel compliance and local radius policies.
