Expert Opportunity - Head of L&D ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of l&d who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for heads of l&d with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.

$70/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
