What Success Looks Like

• You execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance that prevents small issues from becoming big ones.
• You rapidly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems to keep production moving.
• You respond to breakdowns with urgency and precision, minimizing disruption.
• You improve PM programs and reliability practices that reduce unplanned downtime.
• You rely on manuals, schematics, and blueprints to plan the right repair, the first time.
• You diagnose faults on PLC-controlled systems—programming typically not required.
• You partner with production to identify repeat issues and implement long-term fixes.
• You document clearly in CMMS so history drives better decisions.
• You lead with safety and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement.
• You support installs, commissioning, and validation for new equipment.

What You Need to Bring

• 3+ years in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance role.
• Strong troubleshooting prowess across both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Hands-on time with motors, drives, conveyors, and automated machines.
• Ability to read and apply schematics and technical documentation.
• Comfort with PLC systems for troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Cool under pressure in a fast-paced setting with tight timelines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends when required.

Bonus Points

• Multi-craft experience (electrical + mechanical).
• Background in high-volume or highly automated environments.
• CMMS know-how and maintenance tracking familiarity.
• Exposure to Lean/CI methods.
