Inventory Kitting & Stockroom Coordinator

Picture your day: you start by checking the warehouse management software for incoming materials and open orders. You build production kits with accuracy, count and reconcile inventory, and keep the aisles spotless so teams can move fast. You’ll wrap up by syncing with production and purchasing to make sure tomorrow’s work starts on time.

• Assemble material kits that feed production lines with the right parts at the right time
• Perform frequent cycle counts and update inventory records with precision
• Keep the stockroom organized, labeled, and audit-ready
• Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and cross-functional partners
• Receive, stock, and issue materials to internal customers
• Follow safety protocols and quality procedures consistently

• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Ability to learn quickly and shift priorities as needs change
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Consistency and accuracy with repetitive tasks
• Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first approach
• Prior stockroom/warehouse/inventory experience is helpful
