How you ll make a difference:

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Collaborate with behavioral health and addiction specialists to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
Supervise clinical staff and support professional development.
Participate in program development, quality improvement, and innovative care initiatives.
Ensure continuity of care through consultations and coordinated treatment plans.

Qualifications

Licensed by the Ohio Medical Board
Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
DEA certification
Hospital admission privileges in at least one Mahoning County hospital
ASAM certification or MRO experience preferred (not required)
A passion for integrated, patient-focused care
