Commission Sales Recruiter — Worxweb Solutions | Boca Raton, FL This is a phone-heavy, high-activity recruiting role at a staffing company that moves fast and doesn't overthink things. We place candidates across insurance, sales, and specialty verticals with a client base that spans Florida and beyond. You’ll be sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through pipelines for multiple clients at once. Some weeks are clean. Most aren’t. You’ll need to stay organized without someone managing your calendar for you. What the job actually looks like: Outbound calls and texts every day — this is not a passive sourcing role Working multiple client accounts and roles at the same time Tracking your own activity and owning your numbers Communicating with a manager who’s direct and expects the same back Adjusting quickly when priorities shift, because they will Who does well here: People who’ve worked in a loud, fast, unfiltered environment and liked it Recruiters or salespeople who are motivated by production, not routine Thick-skinned - you’ll hear blunt feedback from clients, candidates, and your manager Self-starters who don’t need hand-holding to figure out what to do next Competitive without being fragile about it Anyone who needs a 90-day ramp before they pick up the phone People who do their best work in highly process-driven, corporate environments Anyone who shuts down when feedback is direct or the pace gets uncomfortable Compensation: Base + commission.
