Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team at Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC in Dover, Delaware. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care. Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units Oversee implementation of resident care plans Conduct regular nursing unit rounds Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Previous Supervisor experience Pay: $100,000-105,000 per year Shifts available: 3:00pm-11:00pm FT Why work at Bay Terrace?
