Overview Physical Therapist Assistant: Full-time – Hospital Inpatient (PRN). Job Type: PRN Pay Range: $38 – $40 per hour Job Location: Van Nuys, CA We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient hospital team in Van Nuys, CA. You will execute physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. This is a PRN position. Who We Are Interstate Therapy Solutions is a part of the Confluent Health family of physical and occupational therapy companies. We own a few outpatient Physical Therapy Sports-minded clinics, and we also have 16 hospitals in the Los Angeles & Orange County areas. This allows us to offer inpatient, ARU & NICU positions in addition to our high-performance outpatient Sports & Ortho facilities. Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care. Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience. Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT. Complete timely, accurate documentation. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment. Compensation $38 – $40 per hour.
