Ascensus is seeking a senior ERISA retirement plan compliance specialist in the United States. The role focuses on nondiscrimination testing, ERISA technical guidance, and quality reviews for qualified plans, including New Comparability contributions. You will review QDROs, death distributions, update client materials, and support plan design and onboarding while staying current on ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
