Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a highly motivated General Manager who has: Experience in Lawn Care: Proven track record as a Spray Technician or in a related role, with experience managing operations and teams. Strong Sales & Business Development Skills: You know how to drive sales, grow customer relationships, and enhance customer retention. Leadership & Management Expertise: You can effectively manage a team, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and meeting performance targets. Job Summary As the General Manager at Canopy Lawn Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lawn care service, growing a team as the business grows. You’ll manage customer relations, drive sales, and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and service quality. In addition, you will foster a positive work culture, coaching and developing your team to achieve their goals. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career with the potential to take on business equity as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of lawn care professionals to ensure service excellence. Drive sales by developing and implementing effective strategies to expand the customer base. Ensure that all operational aspects (quality control, scheduling, customer satisfaction) run smoothly. Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain high standards for service delivery, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, including spray tech and management experience. Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to grow a customer base and increase revenue. Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and operations. Self-motivated and driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Why Join Us?
