Job Description Lead the Future of Animal Behavior at NOCO Humane! NOCO Humane is seeking an experienced Behavior Manager to lead our Behavior and Foster/Transfer programs across multiple campuses. This is more than a behavior or training role. We're looking for a strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, mentor staff, develop innovative programs, and help shape the future of animal welfare in northern Colorado. You'll partner across departments to improve outcomes for animals while leading critical behavior, foster, and transfer initiatives. We're Especially Interested In Candidates Who Bring Professional animal behavior certification (CTC, CPDT-KA, KPA-CTP, ACAAB, or similar) Hands‑on shelter behavior and positive reinforcement experience Experience leading and developing people and teams A passion for collaborative leadership and continuous improvement Salary: $65,000–$70,000 Location: Northern Colorado Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates If you're ready to lead programs that change the lives of animals—and the people who care for them, we'd love to hear from you.
