Title
ER Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule
- Block schedule required
- Rotating weekends required
- 48-hour shifts approved

Requirements
- Valid RN license in WA or Compact required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- 1.5 years of recent Emergency Department experience preferred
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Strong clinical skills in airway management, dysrhythmia interpretation, trauma care, and pediatrics

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide triage and comprehensive nursing care to patients in an emergency setting.
- Manage airway, ventilation, and perform intubations as needed.
- Administer medications, including IV vasopressors and blood products.
- Conduct assessments and interpret 12-lead ECGs for dysrhythmias and stroke care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management and care continuity.
- Engage in procedural sedation, chest tube management, and maintain IV access.

- Orientation: 12 hours
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required
- Requested time off must be listed at time of submission
- Complete modules pre-start (non-billable; average ~16 hours)
