Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 300-unit apartment community in Tech Ridge, located in North Austin! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements At least one year of experience in on-site property management as an Assistant Community Manager. Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. Must be able to work one weekend per month. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
