Caregivers/HHA/CNA

Pillar Bella Corporation is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our growing team in Illinois and Alabama. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatments as directed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe living environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Current HHA certification, CNA license, or equivalent caregiver experience preferred
• Valid state certification in Illinois or Alabama as applicable
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
