Key Responsibilities Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems Communicate professionally with field management and other team members 100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role) Qualifications 2-4+ years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments Excellent reliability and onsite attendance Strong client service and phone communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment Solid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency Asserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlines Does this opportunity resonate with you?
