Physical Therapist (Contract)
Location: California 96130
Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Provide physical therapy services (90% outpatient, 10% inpatient/swing)
Assess, treat, and document patient progress
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed
Physical Therapist License – California: Required
BLS Certification: Required
Completion of Meal Waiver and Adult Abuse Forms
Ability to work in business casual attire
