Outside Sales Representative

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Restaurant Partnerships

Location: Rehoboth Beach, DE (Must live within 40 minutes of the area)

Pay: $26-$29/hour + uncapped commission

Duration: 6+ month contract with possible extension or conversion to permanent

Travel Required

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team focused on expanding partnerships with local businesses. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage local restaurant and hospitality businesses.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and close new business.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to develop new client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
