Supervisor Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within various commercial, medical, and institutional facilities. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of janitorial staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient cleaning services. Your goal will be to foster a positive work environment while maintaining rigorous standards for quality and safety across multiple sites.


Supervisor??????? Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise janitorial staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning services.
• Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory to support efficient operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold safety protocols and service standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team communication, reporting, and coordination.
• Monitor work performance, provide feedback, and recognize team achievements.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleaning standards across all sites.
• Prepare and submit reports related to operational performance and team activities.

Supervisor??????? Position Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading janitorial or facilities teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions as needed.

Supervisor??????? Preferred Position Requirements

• Experience working in commercial or large-scale facilities.
• Familiarity with safety certifications and protocols.
• Prior experience in staff training and development.
