Human Resources Generalist

We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist to join our esteemed team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a focus on supporting organizational goals through effective human capital management. Key Responsibilities Administer the full cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Manage and maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies. Support performance management processes, including facilitation of appraisals and development programs. Provide guidance and counsel to employees and management on HR policies and employee relations matters. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values. Stay abreast of relevant employment legislation and best practices to ensure organizational compliance. Required Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors. Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
