Staff Force Personnel Services is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and manufacturing clients in the Manor and Pflugerville areas.

We are looking for dependable and safety-focused candidates who have forklift experience and are ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Various morning/day schedules
• 3rd Shift: Various overnight schedules
• Full-time opportunities available
• Overtime may be available depending on the assignment

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Transport products and materials throughout the warehouse or production facility.
• Stack and organize pallets according to company procedures.
• Perform inventory movement and material handling duties.
• Inspect the forklift before and during use and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required .
• Forklift certification is preferred; training may be available depending on the assignment.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Basic English communication skills may be required depending on the assignment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift as needed.
• Ability to safely move materials and pallets.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments that may include varying temperatures.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
