Part-Time Receptionist in Crestwood

Pay Range

$16.25 - $20.78

Hours:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Every Other Weekend

This position is responsible for completing front desk operations at Assisted Living (AL). This position serves as a receptionist for staff, residents, family members, and/or guests entering AL; answers the telephone; greets and assists visitors and residents; and performs clerical support duties for service lines within AL.

• High school diploma or equivalent; able to complete basic clerical tasks.
• Must be able to provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-first approach in person and by phone.
• Must be highly organized, maintain a high level of accuracy, possess computer experience with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have the ability to learn new software packages.
• Must understand and carry out oral and written assignments.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to perform the duties listed in the job description independently with limited supervision; self-motivated, willing to be flexible and accommodate changing priorities.
• Must have a pleasant personality and be able to work closely with staff and the senior population in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner.
