Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of personal insurance clients.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and new business applications accurately and efficiently.
• Review existing policies to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and advocate for client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice.

Requirements

• Maryland Property Casualty Producer License (Required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., HawkSoft, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions.
