Join Our Care Team

Bluebird Wellness Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

What You’ll DoResident Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment

• Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times

Daily Support Tasks

• Change bed linens and maintain clean, wrinkle-free bedding

• Make occupied and unoccupied beds

• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests

• Explain care procedures to residents before assisting

Team Communication

• Participate in shift report and communicate with nursing staff

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses

• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (active and in good standing)

• CPR/BLS Certification

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Ability to read and write in English

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

No experience required – we will train the right candidate
