Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, coding, and payer requirements
• Serve as reimbursement and access expert for field support teams including sales representatives
• Conduct field-based support, education, and problem-solving with healthcare providers up to 50% on-site
• Proactively address access barriers and affordability issues using data and account management skills
• Collaborate with internal departments and managed care colleagues to understand coverage policies and market dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or account management
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer benefit structures
• Strong analytical skills for complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Understanding of evolving healthcare ecosystem and payer policies
• Advanced degree (MBA or MPH) preferred
