Nursing Scheduler
Job Summary:
Pawtucket Falls Health Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Nursing Scheduler to join our dedicated team. As a Nursing Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care facility by coordinating staffing schedules, managing employee hours, and providing exceptional support to our nursing staff. Responsibilities:
Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for our residents' needs
Manage employee hours, time off, and attendance to maintain compliance with OSHA and state regulations
Collaborate with our nursing team to identify staffing needs and develop effective scheduling solutions
Develop and maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, time and attendance, and employee data
Provide exceptional customer service to our nursing staff, residents, and their families
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
