Location: Westchester County, NY Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT Compensation: $25–35/hr (based on experience) Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week) Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client) Afternoon Schedules: New Rochelle, NY : Opening 1: M– F: 4– 6PM & Sat: 10AM – 1PM Opening 2: M– F: 4:30– 7:30PM Opening 3: Summer : M- F 3:30- 6:30PM & Fall : M- F: 4:30- 7:30PM Yonkers, NY : Opening 1: M– F: 4- 7PM Opening 2: Mon, Wed, & Fri: 3:30- 6:30PM About Compass ABA: As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings. Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT: Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence. Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans. Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions. Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment. Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment. Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT. Requirements: High School Diploma (college preferred). Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements. Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
