Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
Perform vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
Assist with feeding, toileting, and mobility needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Support patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming needs
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties may vary based on location and department needs

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited institution
