Financial Analyst Sr - Budgeting & Financial Analysis

Overview Monday - Friday. 40 hours/week. Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home). Job Description Summary Analyzes financial data, prepares reports and provides insights to support decision-making processes. Job Description Essential Functions: Analyzes financial data and creates reports to support business decisions. Conducts financial forecasting and modeling to identify trends and potential risks. Develops and implements financial strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs. Collaborates with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy. Monitors financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement. Prepares presentations and communicates financial information to stakeholders. Education Requirement Bachelor' Degree in Business with emphasis in accounting, economics, or finance, or related equivalent experience, required. Experience Three years of experience in medical accounts receivable financial management, preferred. Experience or interest in the development of detailed, activity-based cost information, preferred. Experience in financial analysis and trending reports, preferred.
