Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum of one year of home health experience after graduation. Time during school before obtaining a license does not count. License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in Oasis. Description: Locals are allowed at the same rate. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate. No call required. Candidates must be proficient in Oasis. Must see 6 points per day and 30 per week. Visit types and their corresponding weights in points are outlined in the unit details. Candidates cannot work both travel assignments and per diem contracts simultaneously. One supervisory reference is needed for submission. Floating may be requested based on facility needs. Certifications must be from the American Heart Association. Licenses are required to be in hand at the time of submission or proof of compact license must be provided. All units require specialty experience within the last year. RTO should be kept to a minimum, preferably no requests for a calendar week off during the assignment and no more than 7 days total requested. Any RTO must be included in the initial submission. No additional RTO requests will be approved after an offer has been given.
