Qualifications Required

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Commitment to providing outstanding, evidence-based care for women.

Experience and Certifications

• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in Family Practice.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in Gynecology.
• Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Required: Licensed Physician status.
• Required: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
