Prepare, enter, fill, and organize prescriptions with accuracy and care. Assist with refill requests, e-scribe prescriptions, billing, inventory, and medication stock. Communicate with patients, prescribers, insurance companies, and team members to resolve prescription needs. Provide English/Spanish interpreting support to help patients understand and navigate their pharmacy care. Maintain patient confidentiality, a clean and organized workspace, and a strong focus on service excellence. What We're Looking For High school diploma plus pharmacy technician experience. Current registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy ; national certification preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish interpreting skills required. Strong communication, computer, math, and prescription interpretation skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and dependable work habits. Compassion for patients and a genuine interest in serving the community.
