Financial Controller

Finance Controller Location: Fully Remote Compensation: Competitive Base Salary of $180k Bonus (DOE) We are partnering with a rapidly growing, highly respected international professional services organization to identify a Finance Controller. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity offering significant visibility to executive leadership and the ability to influence both strategic and operational decision-making across the business. The Finance Controller will lead the accounting and financial operations function, oversee a remote accounting team, and serve as a key business partner to leadership as the organization continues its growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations activities
• Manage and develop a remote accounting team
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business planning
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams across the organization
• Assist with organizational growth initiatives and scaling efforts
