Senior Visual Designer

Lead visual design projects for HEYTEA's North America market, including new product launches, packaging, collaborations, campaigns, key visuals, in-store materials, and other brand touch points. Participate in the full creative process, from early concepts and creative direction to design development and final execution. Develop a strong understanding of HEYTEA's brand identity and visual language, while bringing insights from North American culture, lifestyles, and aesthetics into the work. Think beyond individual design pieces and explore how creative concepts can be effectively extended across different formats, materials, channels, and consumer touch points. 2. Creative & Design Bring strong visual taste and creative thinking, with the ability to independently develop and execute design concepts. Stay curious about areas beyond design, including art, culture, fashion, lifestyle, and the world around you. Have your own perspective on branding and design. Go beyond simply executing briefs and actively contribute to discussions around why we are doing something, how we should approach it, and what other possibilities exist . Stay sensitive to emerging design trends and visual expressions, while maintaining your own judgment rather than simply following trends. 3. Project Ownership & Execution Independently own projects from brief and creative exploration through design development and final execution. Take initiative and drive projects forward once the direction is established, without relying on detailed instructions at every step. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and external creative partners to bring ideas to life. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time and resources effectively. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Brand Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience 3-5+ years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design , preferably within consumer brands, F&B, retail, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing industries. Experience participating in or building a brand’s visual identity from 0 to 1 is highly preferred. Proven experience independently owning and delivering complete design projects from concept to execution. Currently based in New York . Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Fluent in both Chinese and English , with the ability to use both as working languages.
