Forma Gym in Walnut Creek is looking for a passionate, experienced and growth-oriented comprehensive certified Pilates instructor who can teach Reformer class and private sessions. Our team makes a huge impact on our community through personal training, group exercise, mind body, cycle, aqua, Pilates, and massage.

This is a part-time position with potential to grow into more hours; position is not limited in hours but depends on you to take charge and grow your own business.

Responsibilities:

1. Pilates Instruction - Strive to always deliver the best possible service to clients

2. Growing Your Business – We will help you form the right frame of mind to build the class and private sessions; however, a proactive attitude of building your business for both Reformer class and private session is a must to succeed at Forma. If you do and are excellent in what you do, you will inevitably become busy and on demand.

Requirements:

• Must have 3 years of Pilates teaching experience or a equivalent mindset
• Must possess a comprehensive Pilates certification
• Must have experience with teaching both Reformer class and 1 on 1 sessions
• Must be willing to work with the company standard while actively search for building clientele
• Trained/certified in multiple modalities is a plus
• Must have excellent communication skills, positive energy, and time management skills

Compensation: $15.50 - $104.00 per hour
