FULL TIME/PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE (PRNS WELCOME TO APPLY)
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST OT
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not required if you are a new graduate of an accredited OT Program.
Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
