Sales Opening – N.E. USA – NY, E. PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA plus ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT as secondary markets. Calling on Distribution in T/O. Philly, NJ or NY based. My client is a well-known and established supplier and provider of top-end plant health and nutritional products developed and produced primarily for the Turf, Ornamental and Ag Industries. Required Credentials: Degree in Turfgrass Management or related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Turf & Ornamental industry Must have a proven, documented track record of success achieving sales targets and exceeding goals / expectations. Strong understanding of plant nutrition and soil science in T/O along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Willingness to travel within assigned territory. 5-8 States Desired Skills: Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape. Experience with precision agriculture and data-driven sales approaches. Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals within the Turf & Ornamental sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including golf courses, landscape contractors, and nursery operators. Provide expert knowledge on our specialized plant nutrition portfolio, including product benefits, applications, and problem-solving solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training to customers and potential customers. Identify new sales opportunities and expand market penetration. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and product success. Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, customer data, and sales reporting. Conduct regular sales forecasting and territory planning. Many thanks in Advance
