Leasing Manager - Drive Occupancy & Resident Retention

The Franklin Group is seeking a Leasing Manager for Lakeside Commons in West Palm Beach, FL. This role supervises leasing consultants and develops leasing plans to attract new residents while retaining current ones. The position requires at least one year in leasing or property management, strong coaching and closing skills, and solid communication.
