JOIN FALCON FARMS AS A PART-TIME FLOWER MERCHANDISER! Location: Various locations within your territory. Benefits Pay: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30am. Paid training to become an expert in flower handling. Mobile phone allowance. Transportation expense reimbursement per route. Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees. Responsibilities Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities. Interact professionally and friendly with stores employees, managers, and customers. Support during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas to meet festive demand. Assist with department resets, setting up new displays and inventory adjustments. Collaborate with local teams and support teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. Bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders. Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English. Reliable transportation to assigned locations. Internet access and a smartphone. Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
