Position Overview Are you early in your financial services career and ready to take the next step toward becoming a full-service Wealth Advisor? If you’re licensed, passionate about financial planning, and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fiduciary-based environment, this is a great opportunity. We are seeking an entry-level Associate Wealth Advisor to support and eventually lead client relationships while developing expertise in financial planning, investment advisory, and insurance-based solutions. You'll start with structured training, support from experienced advisors, and an initial base salary designed to help you build your practice with confidence. What You’ll Do Assist in delivering financial planning services, including cash flow analysis, retirement projections, and insurance planning Support senior advisors in preparing for and participating in client meetings Learn and apply investment management principles and portfolio strategies Participate in business development efforts, including follow-ups, client outreach, and networking Pursue and begin managing your own clients over time, with guidance from the team Collaborate with Keystone’s Tax and Business Brokerage divisions to gain holistic exposure and offer clients comprehensive solutions What We’re Looking For 0–3 years of experience in financial services (prior roles in banking, insurance, or client service are helpful) Series 65 or 66 license required (or must obtain shortly after hiring) Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills and desire to work in a client-facing role Willingness to learn, be coached, and participate in training Interest in building a long-term career with upside potential in planning, investment advisory, and insurance Compensation Structure Base Salary (Draw): $24,000–$40,000 annually, structured as a draw against future earnings Compensation Upside: Financial Planning Fees Investment Advisory (AUM-based) Insurance Commissions Performance-based transition to full advisor compensation model over 2–3 years What We Offer One-on-one mentoring and direct exposure to senior advisors Integration with tax, accounting, and business exit planning teams Access to best-in-class planning tools, investment platforms, and insurance carriers Training and development opportunities designed to accelerate your career Collaborative, client-first environment with a focus on long-term relationships Clear pathway to future partnership or lead advisor role Why Keystone This is more than a job—it’s a launchpad for your advisory career.
